Commercial Banking Needed!
Hi There!
I'm President of CoRMA, the Cortelyou Road Merchant's Association.
We have 72 merchants on this street, and no commercial bank.
We have several big schools, a library, great restaurants, bars, cafés.
We have a subway stop on this street, and 5,500 people use it every day!
We have 72 merchants who have told us that they would switch to whatever commercial branch opens up.
We have an active merchants association, which just printed 30,000 copies of a newspaper to market the many great businesses in the area.
The area is called "Victorian Flatbush" or "Ditmas Park" with a certified Historic District, thanks to the handsome Victorian houses built here 100 years ago. Vox Pop, my coffee shop/bookstore, is located right across from a beautiful, former big furniture store. There's a six story apartment building going up across the street.
This former furniture store location is now available— at over 3000 square feet, and a corner location, it's perfect for a bank. So spread the word, everyone on the block, merchants, residents, workers, all WANT a bank!
You can contact info for the landlord through me. (sander@voxpopnet.net) And I posted Pictures are below!
This is a total win-win, a great opportunity. It will go fast, so stay in touch.
We'll have you over to Vox Pop, and serve you a cup of Brooklyn's best coffee!

Your neighbors include grocery stores, delis, a department store, a bodega, and The Farm, a new high-end restaurant and bistro. (Currently being built, to open in May, that's the glass storefront, second from left.)
